Here are some images of recently rescued elephant Malai Ngun’s first few days at the WFFT Elephant Refuge – Thailand. Today marks the first week of the last 50 years of her life that she has not had to endure the saddle digging into her spine. Her real personality is beginning to shine through, chain free, bull hook free and abuse free, she is becoming an elephant again after being a slave for so many years. She has a sweet temperament and all here at WFFT are becoming very fond of her.
